    Why does it take 24 to 48 hours to give a reseller the ability to assign a dedicated IP to a domain? I am not talking about DNS propagation of the new IP. I mean just the ability to assigned the dedicated Ip through the control panel.

    Trying to assign dedicated IP address

    I created a support ticket over 10 hours ago and still can not assign a dedicated IP address to a domain. My ticket was updated with "We are working on it, and we will update you soon". That was 10 hours ago. Any chance of getting this resolved soon?
