I have two accounts, one reseller, one regular. I want to move one of the domains on my regular account to the reseller account. The problem(maybe) is the domain on the regular account is listed as the primary. What can I do?

I have a php script that needs to be run every hour for my adserver to function properly. It's a very short (runtime) script and was wondering what could be done to accommodate it. I am on win2.jododshared.
